Focus and Scope
Albanian Journal of Mathematics is a peer-reviewed electronic mathematical journal for the publication of original research articles of excellent quality in mathematics. The journal aims to reflect the latest developments in mathematics and promote international academic exchanges between mathematicians worldwide. We strongly encourage submissions from all mathematicians worldwide. The journal offers free access to anyone.
We publish original research articles in pure and applied mathematics and related areas that are of highest possible quality. Research papers go through a normal refereeing process, overseen by an editorial board member. The language of publication is English only.
The authors can submit their papers through our online submission process or send it directly to any member of the Editorial Board.
All content of the journal becomes free after two months from the date of publication. There are no fees or publication costs for the authors. The journal covers its expenses from donations.

Peer Review Process
Manuscripts may be submitted only online. Manuscripts prepared ounly in AMS Latex are accepted. Please use the
\documentclass{amsart}
Please fill out the submission form carefully since this form determines how your name, affiliation, and other data will appear on your article. Please prepare the paper using the AMS style files (i.e, amsart). Try to avoid using extra files (macros). Use the default options, do not re-size the pages. Theorems: All theorems, lemmas, propositions, etc should be labeled if they are referenced anywhere in the paper. For example, use the commands
"Theorem~\ref{thm1}"
for theorem-type references and "Eq.~\eqref{\label}" for equations.
Figures or Graphics. Figures should be of professional quality, including all labelling, and should be provided in the form of glossy prints or Indian ink drawings. All essential details (labelling) must be legible after a reduction of at least 50 %. Figures created via a graphics package should be saved in encapsulated PostScript (EPS) or JPEG format. A separate file for each graphic should be submitted. In a TEX document EPS files may be incorporated into the TEX file by using one of the standard macro packages, such as epsf.tex (epsf.sty) or psfig.tex. Include paper copies of all the PostScript files for the graphics. Tables should be numbered and referred to by number in the text. Footnotes should be avoided, or kept to a minimum.
References should be collected at the end of the paper and numbered in alphabetical order of the authors' names. Titles of journals should be abbreviated as in Mathematical Reviews. All the citations should be done by the \cite{} command. Not complying with these requirements will prolong the publication of your paper.
Authors' names and complete affiliations (names, institution, city, state, and zip code) should be included. Authors should inform the journal Albanian Journal of Mathematics of changes of address while their paper is under consideration. In all other matters arising before the acceptance of papers, authors are requested to communicate directly with the appropriate editor. Joint authors should indicate on the original manuscript one corresponding author. Languages: The language of publication is English only.
Publication Frequency
Starting from 2012 the Albanian J. Math. will come out twice a year, in June 30 and December 15 of each year.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
All content of the journal becomes free after two months from the date of publication. There are no fees or publication costs for the authors. The journal covers its expenses from donations.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
Publishing Policy
Albanian Journal of Mathematics will follow strictly the Mathematical Reviews Policy on Electronic Journals.
Articles posted on our Journal's website will be considered published. Once an article is published it will not be revised. If the author and the editors consider appropriate an "Erratum" of the paper can appear in a later issue.
This practice will apply to every aspect of the published article, including the text, title, references, and ancillary information. Published articles and all revisions will persist indefinitely in the scholarly record.
We publish original research articles of highest quality in pure mathematics, applied mathematics, or statistics. We encourage articles that explore relations between mathematics and other sciences, especially computational sciences, physics, and engineering. Occasionally articles which are considered major contributions to the history of Albanian mathematics or about the state of mathematics in Albania will be considered for publication.
The language of publication is English only. Each paper will be refereed by two to three independent anonymous referees. The corresponding author should be in contact with the editor in charge of the paper during the refereeing process. Once the paper is officially accepted the Editor-in-Chief will be the contact person.
