Applications of Computer Algebra is a yearly conference which is focused on a broad range of applications of computer algebra.  The conference has been held in four continents and different countries.  Applications of Computer Algebra  2010 (ACA 2010) was held at The University of Vlora, in Vlora, Albania during June 26 - 29, 2010. In this proceedings volume are included some of the papers of this conference.
