Editorial Policies

Focus and Scope

Buletini Shkencor is a peer-reviewed scientific journal for the publication of original research articles of excellent quality in sciences and engineering.

The journal aims to reflect the latest developments in sciences and engineering and to promote international academic exchanges between scientists  worldwide.

Research papers go through a normal refereeing process, overseen by an editorial board member. The language of publication is English only.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
